'My name is William Hardie my car is an E46 Bmw Chassis with a monster 700bhp fully forged 2JZ engine that we built from start to finish the car originally started out life as a 325i then we engine swapped that out for an m60b40 V8 engine which was just never enough being honest so the choice was made to build a 2JZ so with the help of my sponsors Dean Cambridge @ Peregrine performance & Stephen mcateer Sm remapping we built a monster engine
The car is full Bmw running gear from a E46 330D front subframes rear subframe diff with a custom made 1 piece prop shaft
The car sits on BC racing drift series coil overs which are 32 way adjustable
Our steering assembly is full IRP lock kit providing the car with an extra 70 degrees lock
The car is also fitted with the latest fire suppression systems & fire extinguishers also a custom made roll cage with nascar style door bars 🧯
Engine management my loom was custom made for my build by Ross ogilvie who I would highly recommend we run LINK storm x Ecu which does everything the car needs & more with all the safety’s set to keep the car running as efficiently as possible
Last round off the Scottish drift championship we were driving really well until we had a crash with previous Scottish champion resulting in my engine moving wee took the Hard charger award this round 🥇
The car has won multiple show & shine awards 🏆
We also won best drifter @the MSc tuning event @ crail raceway
Last season with the new engine build we stepped into the new British championship Drift league Great Britain 🇬🇧 which for our first season we had 2 top 8 finishes & our PB qualification 86.4 / 100 giving us 6th place
This year we hope to with the PRo 2 class in driftlleage we will be pushing hard 😊
We have also been accepted for the IDC Irish drift championship which being honest is the highest platform for drifting in the world other than drift masters & formula drift which one day I hope to compete in'
