The CG Motorsport 777 Series Ceramic Lucky Devil Clutch and Flywheel Kit is engineered for serious race and competition use. This kit features a ceramic paddle drive plate, a solid mass flywheel, and a high-clamp pressure plate, delivering performance where it matters most-on the track. Technical Considerations

  • Flywheel is dished where required to accommodate the sprung paddle plate, replicating some of the dampening function of a Dual Mass Flywheel (DMF).
  • As with all SMF conversions, some harmonic noise may be present post-installation. This is expected in motorsport applications and varies between vehicles. It does not affect clutch or flywheel performance.
  • A 500-mile break-in period is required for bedding in.
  • Original flywheel bolts are recommended. Mechanical release bearings are included if applicable. Concentric slave cylinders are not included.

How soon can I expect to receive my order?


At CG Motorsport we deliver all of your hand-built clutch solutions with care.
We aim to dispatch all of our orders within 1 week, however there may be longer lead times due to the current climate. Items with a flywheel may take longer. Please call the office for an update on your order.  Orders to UK mainland incur a small flat rate charge of £17.50. Orders including a flywheel will be £25.00. Orders to Scottish Highlands, offshore islands and other off-shore territories will incur an additional charge. For overseas orders, please contact us for a price before ordering.
For orders to the UK mainland, the courier used is DPD Local. For international deliveries, we use FedEx.

Weekend Deliveries

We are able to offer Saturday deliveries, however due to delivery location and timescale of available items, please contact us prior to ordering for a quote.

Weekends & Bank Holidays


Enquiries and orders can be placed over the weekend, however the order will not be processed until the earliest working day.
Our couriers do not work on UK bank holidays, so please allow extra time for deliveries around national holidays.

Order Tracking


You can track your order during delivery from the DPD Local website. Once the item has been dispatched, a tracking number will be available for the day of delivery. On the day of delivery an hour window will be available so you know exactly when to expect your order.

Out of Stock Orders


As a rule of thumb, we always try to ensure that all parts to produce a full kit are kept in stock at all times.

What if I am not at home?


Deliveries will require a signature to confirm receipt of the item.
Should you miss delivery the courier will leave a card detailing the redelivery or collection options for your local area. If this is not collected within 5 days from the local DPD pick up shop, the item will be returned to sender. You will be charged for this and charged for re-delivery. Failure to arrange this will result in re-stocking fee.

Delivery to Work


You can have your order delivered to a work address or fitting station subject to reasonable distance.
If your working hours are subject to change or your office closes before 6PM we advise that you upgrade your delivery timescale option.

Late Deliveries


CG Motorsport is not responsible for any additional costs as a result of extended delivery times, unless prior consent is given in writing by a member of CG Motorsport staff. If you are taking your car to a third party garage, we always advise to never pre-book your vehicle in for items to be fitted prior to them arriving.

 

BREXIT

On 1st February 2020, the United Kingdom left the European Union (Union). The Withdrawal Agreement provides for a transition period until 31 December 2020.

From 1st January 2021, shipments to Europe and Northern Ireland may be subject to customs charges.

Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU)

All goods are Delivered Duty Unpaid - The buyer is responsible for import duties. If duty is not paid and a parcel is returned, this is subject to the terms and conditions stated on the website.

If you refuse to pay import VAT and the item gets returned to us by courier, the item will be subject to a re-stocking fee at 20%. Shipping costs to send the item and to receive the item back will not be refunded.

General Returns Policy


Goods which are not made to order can be returned to our premises for a refund. We need to be informed of the request to return the goods, in writing within 14 days of the customer receiving the order. If goods are not returned to us in the same condition as sent out, the returned items maybe subject to a charge at CG Motorsports discretion. This charge will reflect any damage or repair needed to the item and could be set at an amount up to and including the full original cost of the item. All items will incur a 25% restocking fee.
Hand built or made to order items (bespoke and full clutch kits) cannot be returned for a refund, if certain items have been ordered incorrectly such as drive plates, these can be exchanged.
We can not refund the shipment cost of the original order and will not cover the cost of returning the goods to our premises for correctly supplied parts. Please ensure that when the item is returned that it is securely packaged, if the item is returned damaged to us due to incorrect packaging we will not be able to refund you.
If you wish to return any goods to ourselves, please email or call us prior to sending back the goods with your particular returns reason. Once we have been notified, if approved we will be able to supply you with a returns goods number which will need to be included in written form with the returned order.

Late or Lost Delivery?


If our courier delivers late please let us know. We monitor the performance of our chosen delivery partner and if they don't meet our standards then we want to know so that we can switch to another provider.
If your order does not arrive withing the specified time, please contact us and we will follow up the delivery on your behalf.

Wrong Part Delivered?


If we deliver the wrong part then we will pay the collection charge for the wrong parts.
Most internet mail order companies insist on you paying to send goods back, but we believe this is wrong. If we sent out the wrong parts then we will pay to collect the wrong ones and get the right parts out to you at no extra cost to yourself.
We will send out an Interlink Courier driver to collect the item, if you decide to arrange your own courier we cannot pay them.

Damaged in Transit?


If your CG Motorsport parts are damaged in transit please do not accept delivery of the goods. Once the items are back at our premises, we will be able to inspect the items and replace your order at no extra cost.
If you do sign for the goods and realize that the order is damaged or has missing parts, please contact us for further assistance.

Wrong Parts Ordered?


If you have ordered the wrong parts then we want to get the right parts out to you as soon as possible.
The first thing we'd like to say is that if you are unsure about if a part is the right one for your car then please contact us first.
If the goods have been made to order, we will not be able to accept a full return and refund. If you require certain parts being exchanged, please contact us for further assistance.

Incorrectly Fitted Goods


We always advise that the clutch and flywheel on your car is changed by a professional clutch expert. Unfortunately we are unable to approve goods which have become defective due to incorrect fitment, all returned goods will be tested for incorrect fitment.
We are available for full technical support at all times so if you have any questions please contact us before beginning to fit your new parts.
All incorrectly fitted goods will be void of the warranty and no exchange can be given.
